Jamapalooza Social Events

“Jamapalooza” is a term that was coined to define an exciting, interactive and engaging event that takes place solely on the SuccessFactors Jam platform. Cigna started using Jam in May 2015 and in August the first “Jamapalooza” event was successfully organized –lasting only 30 minutes but it generated 200 posts, comments, likes and follow-up discussions around Cigna’s new approach to performance management –Connect for Growth which also launched in 2015. Since the first event, there are more “Jamapalooza’s” on the horizon around topics like Benefits and Rewards for Contribution.
